Compliance & Regulatory Disclosures

Last updated: March 21, 2026

1. Who provides what

  • Axiomatic Financial, Inc. is a financial technology company and platform provider, not a bank.
  • Lead Bank issues the prepaid Visa card, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.
  • Bridge Ventures LLC is the card program manager operating the card program on behalf of Lead Bank.

2. Insurance status and custody disclosures

Digital asset wallets and balances offered through Axiomatic are not FDIC insured and not SIPC protected. Digital assets can lose value and may be exposed to smart contract, market, liquidity, and counterparty risks.

Where applicable to card balances, card funds are subject to the cardholder agreement and issuing bank disclosures.

3. Yield disclosures

Axiomatic routes eligible assets into onchain DeFi lending strategies (including Morpho-integrated vaults). Public yield ranges shown on this site (for example, 2-6% APY) are illustrative and variable, not guaranteed, and can change materially over time.

Yields depend on protocol market conditions, utilization, fees, and risk profile. You should review protocol-specific risks before allocating assets.

4. KYC, AML, and sanctions controls

Customer identification, sanctions screening, and AML checks for card-related onboarding are performed through Axiomatic's partners, including Bridge and Persona, consistent with program and legal requirements.

Continuous transaction monitoring applies to Visa card spending activity within the card program. Wallet activity is private by default, and users may provide cryptographic proofs and scoped viewing keys when legally required.

5. Privacy-preserving compliance tooling

  • Innocence proofs: users can generate cryptographic proofs related to compliance assertions without broadly disclosing transaction history.
  • Time-scoped viewing keys: users can grant limited, read-only access windows for auditors, courts, and regulators.

6. Asset-specific control assumptions

Statements about seizure resistance or account-freeze resistance apply to supported assets and execution paths where those properties hold (for example, ETH-native flows). They do not apply uniformly to every asset, offchain program, or payment rail.

7. AI assistant governance

Axiomatic's AI assistant operates through constrained tool calls against deterministic accounting workflows and DSL-backed systems. AI responses can still be incomplete or incorrect and do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice.
